How long does the hiring process take with Favorite?

For nurses, the time from applying to receiving a job offer can take as little as 24 to 48 hours. However, the credentialing process can take a while longer, usually about two weeks from the time you begin the onboarding process.

Can I apply for multiple nursing positions at once?

Yes, you can apply to multiple nursing jobs at a time. A recruiter will be in touch with you shortly after you apply to discuss and match you with the most suitable role. 

Is there support for continued education?

At Favorite, we offer registered nurses up to $100 annually for Basic Life Support (BLS) and Continuing Education Units (CEU) required for license renewals, and up to $200 for advanced specialty certifications. How will I get paid?

Favorite compensates employees weekly via direct deposit or paper checks. This applies to all healthcare professionals unless the facility you work at opts for bi-weekly payments.
