- Hosting and participating in blood drives several times a year
- Participating in the annual Jeremy Coones 5k

What is Favorite’s recruitment process?
After you’ve applied and you meet our qualifications, someone from our talent acquisition team will be in contact to progress you to the screening interview phase, which will be conducted by a talent team member. If the team decides to move forward with the recruiting process, you’ll then be interviewed by a member of the team that you have applied for. The number of interviews can vary based on the role.

How long does the recruitment process take?
The recruitment process can take anywhere from one to four weeks depending on the availability of yourself and the teams that interview you.

What happens if I’m not selected for a role?
If you are not selected for a role, feel free to continue applying as new roles get posted. We’ll also keep your resume in mind, as we may have job openings that better align with your skills at a later date.

Yes, in our Your Voice survey that we send out annually, employees get the chance to anonymously provide their honest feedback and suggestions. We're constantly working to improve employee experience and have continued to implement changes based on the answers provided.
