Local contract
Contract jobs for allied health professionals are temporary positions that usually last anywhere from three weeks to three months. Favorite arranges your contract with a healthcare facility, and you work at the facility for as long as that contract lasts.

Direct hire
For a direct hire role, we assist in placing you directly into a permanent position within a healthcare setting. These full-time jobs differ from contract jobs because they provide long-term employment opportunities.

Per diem
In per diem jobs, you can choose when and where you work, as you will be filling shifts on an as-needed basis. This type of job allows for more flexibility and gives you the ability to work at various different healthcare settings.
