A hospital located in Naperville, IL is currently seeking a qualified L&D Registered Nurse to join their team full-time! Check out the details below:

Title: Registered Nurse RN – Labor and Delivery
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: OB / Labor and Delivery LDR
Location: Naperville, IL
Schedule: Full-time, Nights, 7pm-7am. NO ON-CALL, every 3rd weekend
Pay: $36-$55.80/hr base plus shift differentials and full benefits (medical, dental, vision options, tuition reimbursement, paid parking, HSA, retirement options plus PTO and holiday pay)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The L&D Registered Nurse will be responsible for:
• Provide care and monitoring for patients during labor and childbirth
• Administer medications and assist with pain management techniques
• Monitor fetal heart rate and contractions using specialized equipment
• Assist physicians during delivery, including vaginal and cesarean births
• Support newborn care immediately after birth, including Apgar assessments
• Document patient information and birth details accurately
• Educate and support families throughout the labor and delivery process
• Ensure a clean, safe, and emotionally supportive birthing environment

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Current (or ability to obtain) state of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
- At least two years of labor and delivery nursing experience
