A large and growing Hospital in Lawrence, KS is currently seeking full-time, direct hire Registered Nurses, to join their ICU team! Check out the details below:

Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

Location: Lawrence, KS
Openings: 1 Staff opening & 1 Charge opening
Schedule: Full Time, Nights (6:45p-7:15a)
Pay: base pay $31.22-$58.93 plus shift differentials and full benefits
Sign on Bonus: $5000

This ICU Registered Nurses will be responsible for the following duties:
- Performs nursing care according to the population serviced on the unit.
- Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
- Communicate and collaborate concisely and continuously among clinical team, including physicians, both verbally and in documentation focusing on patients identified problems and needs by implementing and monitoring patient care plans, as well as recording and communicating patient conditions as appropriate, to optimize their health outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Associates in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- New grads welcome to apply
- ACLS within 6 months of hire
- Clean and active Registered Nurse license to practice in Kansas
