Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri, daytime hours

This Director of Nursing to lead our Nursing Department and supervise our Personal Care Aides (PCAs). This is a training position to succeed our retiring Director of Clinical Services in the coming year. Duties to include:
- Develop and implement nursing policies aligned with state/federal regulations
- Supervise nursing staff and PCA performance, training, and scheduling
- Lead PCA certification and competency programs
- Monitor client care plans, assessments, and incident reports
- Collaborate with physicians, agencies, and internal departments
- Drive infection control and quality assurance initiatives
- Participate in budget planning and survey preparedness
- Promote a culture of teamwork, safety, and client satisfaction
- Act as Administrator in COO’s absence
- Training to become the Clinical Services Director over 300 total employees upon current CSD retiring

REQUIREMENTS:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in New York
- Minimum 5 years of RN experience, must have home health experience
- Strong leadership, training, and communication skills
- Expertise in curriculum development and needs assessment
