Title: Clinical Team Manager - RN
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Behavioral Health / Inpatient
Location: Kansas City, MO
Schedule: Full-time, 3-12hr shifts/wk, 6:00am-6:30pm OR part-time, 2-12hr weekend shifts, 7:00am-7:30pm
Pay: Starting at $40/hr and increases based on relevant work experience!

The Registered Nurse Team Manager responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
-- Lead a dedicated group of professionals while ensuring excellent patient care and operational success
-- Support the Director in maintaining nursing standards and promoting competent practice among your team
-- Mentor, coach, and improve patient outcomes

Requirements:
-- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent (ADN + years of relevant experience)
-- At least two (2) years of nursing experience or demonstrated proficiency in clinical and leadership skills
-- MO RN License
-- Current certifications per department requirements
-- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
