Title: Registered Nurse RN - Operating Room
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Ambulatory surgery center
Location: Kansas City, MO
Schedule: Full-time, 8am-4:30pm Mon-Fri. No weekend/call/holiday
Pay: Starting at $91,000 per year and increases with experience

The Operating Room RN Supervisor duties to include but not limited to:
- Complete & Supervise RN duties and responsibilities as an ophthalmology circulator AND other services. Assist in instrument processing
- Maintain product consignment and appropriate and collaborate with revenue integrity when necessary to ensure product pricing is appropriate and profitable
- In collaboration with Supply chain, negotiates and maintain contracts; collaborates with Revenue Integrity & physicians on cost savings
- Initiate new products and maintains appropriate level of supplies for the department
- Assess and clinical skill and knowledge and provide education

REQUIREMENTS:
- A degree (ADN or BSN) from an accredited program
- Clean and active MO/compact RN license; current BLS and ACLS
- Must have a minimum of 3 years Operating Room experience, ability to scrub is a must!
- Highly preferred RN with specialty surgery (ophthalmology, ortho, plastics, URO/GYN, OMFS, etc) and charge/lead experience
