Pay: • $137,380- $163,880 annually

The Nurse Manager - Registered Nurse will be responsible for but may not be limited to:
• Manage a patient care floor (50 beds) on a 24-hour basis
• Plan, coordinate, direct, and evaluate the unit and staff activities to achieve patient care standards
• Participate in the ongoing systematic monitoring and evaluation of patient care. Participate in the ongoing systematic quality assessment and improvement process of patient care.


REQUIREMENTS:
- Current New York State Registered Nurse License
- 3-5 years’ experience in a progressive leadership/management position
- Master of Nursing, required
