Title:Women's Health Integrated Psychologist PhD or PsyD
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Location: Kansas City, MO (Lees Summit area)
Specialty Integrated Behavioral Health & Women’s health
Schedule: Full-time 8am-4:30pm
Pay: $89,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience, plus a full benefits package

The Psychologist responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
- Create and lead women’s behavioral health education programs aimed at improving maternal health outcomes
- Prepare grant proposals and manage the related budgets, ensuring that funding aligns with program objectives and goals
- Develop clear, actionable policies and procedures that align with program’s goals and direction
- Assess and analyze data to report key findings and drive program success
- Build and nurture community partnerships to foster understanding and engagement in educational programs centering women’s behavioral health

Requirements:
-- PhD or PsyD in Psychology, with a current license to practice as a Psychologist in Missouri
-- Good working knowledge of psychological terminology, diagnostic processes, psychotherapy theory and practice, and the treatment of psychiatric disorders
-- Previous experience within a team-based care model, preferably within a hospital setting, highly desired
-- An ideal candidate would also be passionate about women's behavioral health
