Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Occupational Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to work locum shifts in Richmond, Virginia. Starting in January 2026, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.
Position Details:
• Contract Length: 13 week assignment-with the option to extend likely through the end of the year.
• Start Date: target Janurary 2026.
• Location: Richmond, VA
• Pay Rate: $95/hr
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
• Responsibilities include: Diagnose and treat work-related injuries, manage urgent care cases, perform physical exams, and complete in-office procedures. Responsibilities include timely documentation, employer communication, and delivering care with professionalism and respect.
Provider Requirements: b>
• VA license active and unrestricted
• DOT Certification
• Experience with patients ages 2 and up
