Job description:

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Cardiovascular Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work locum full-time shifts in Dover, DE. Starting in February 2026 or as soon as credentialed the role offers on going availability and a competitive market rate and benefits.

Position Details:
 • Contract Length: 13 week assignment-with the option to extend likely through the end of the year.
 • Start Date: target February 2026.
 • Location: Dover, DE
 • Pay Rate: $150/hr + all travel paid for
 • Schedule: 4 shifts M-F: two shifts 7a-7p and two shifts 7a-3p
 • Call schedule: 1-2 weekday calls/week (M-Th 7p-7a. will be on the ) and 1 in 3 weekends (Fri 7p-Mon 7a)
 • Responsibilities include CVSICU post op patient resuscitation, nursing and patient calls from home, weekend inpatient rounding, responding to stat consults/change in clinical status, emergent OR cases.
 • Type of patients / cases / procedures required: Cardiothoracic and vascular surgery, MUST be EVH capable. CVSICU, floor management, inpatient consults, outpatient office coverage
