Job description:

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Cardiovascular Surgery Physician Assistant for an ongoing locum tenens assignment in Syracuse, New York. This opportunity offers a weekday schedule with primary focus in the operating room, supported by a collaborative cardiac surgery team at a Level II trauma

Position Details:
 • Contract Length: 2/1/26-5/1/26 with potential to extend
 • Start Date: target February 2026.
 • Location: Syracuse, New York
 • Pay Rate: $125/hr + all travel paid for
 • Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
 • Call schedule: No Call
 • Responsibilities include: Operating room first assist for cardiovascular surgery cases, Retrieval of Vascular Tissues for Use as a Bypass Conduit OR 1st assist
