Favorite Healthcare Staffing is looking for an experienced a Physical Therapist for part-time or full-time Per Diem / PRN assignments in Dayton, WA! The ideal candidate will have at least twelve months of recent experience as a Physical Therapist.

Physical Therapist:
 • Employment Type: Part-Time to Full-Time Per Diem / PRN
 • Location: Dayton, WA
 • Facility Type: Hospital

Pay Details:
 • Hourly Pay Range: $48 - $50 per Hour

Physical Therapist (PT) Requirements:
 • Must have 1 year of recent Physical Therapist (PT) experience in an outpatient setting
 • Active - certification required
 • Current BLS Certification required
