Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/wk), 5x8s or 4x10s available! Varied schedule with on-call, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Pay: $77.11 to $123.37 hourly wage based on experience and education
Perks: $30,000 retention bonus offered to eligible new hires, relocation assistance and 90 days of temporary housing provided.

The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for all routine operations of Hospital Pharmacy Services. Participates in the recruitment, selection, orientation, professional development and evaluation of employees. Serves as a change agent, role model, and serves as facilitator for education, consultation, and research.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Active AK State Pharmacist licensure required (must obtain prior to first day).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical hospital operations, distribution, and/or contracting required.
- Minimum of 5 years of hospital pharmacy management and direct report supervisory experience required.
- Master's level degree preferred. Board Certification in appropriate area of specialty preferred.
- Pyxis experience required.
- Experience with HRSA 340B Program preferred.
