Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Field - Home Health – Physical Therapy
Location: Baltimore, MD *will travel within community to homes and places of work with paid travel time and mileage reimbursement
Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri, Days (no nights, weekends or holidays)
Pay: $58-62/hr plus mileage reimbursement and full benefits package (PTO, 401k, life insurance, medical, dental, vision, disability ins)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Occupational Therapist offers an approach that focuses on the effects of injury on the social, emotional, and physiological condition of individuals. This Occupational Therapist will travel with the community to service injured patients with the goal in mind to get them back to their normal lives. The OTR works with consumers to developed skilled therapy goals related to an individual’s balance, motor skills, posture, and perceptual and cognitive abilities within the context of functional, everyday activities. Occupational Therapy helps individuals achieve greater independence in their lives by regaining some or all of the physical, perceptual, and/or cognitive skills needed to perform activities of daily living.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Maryland
- Successful completion of an occupational therapy program from an accredited university
- Working experience is a plus but not required, willing to train
