A growing cardiology group located in Grand Prairie, TX is currently seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team full-time! Check out the details below:

Title: Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Cardiology Clinic
Location: Grand Prairie, TX
Schedule: Full Time, Mon-Fri 7:30a-5:30p
Pay: $125,000 plus full benefits package and CME allowance

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate new patient referrals to ensure medical appropriateness, safety, and compliance with insurance requirements.
- Conduct and document high-quality E&M office visits, including orientation, weekly, mid-treatment, and final evaluations.
- Oversee, coach, and perform (when needed) the safe and effective delivery of EECP treatments.
- Lead and mentor a small clinical team of CMA(s) and administrative staff
- Create a collaborative, professional, and caring environment for both patients and team success.
- Manage schedules, attendance, and staffing to ensure seamless clinic operations and exceptional patient experiences.
- Maintain clear communication and collaboration with your team, peers, and off-site leaders.

Requirements
- Certified, licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, required.
- Five or more years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, required.
- Two or more years of industry experience in cardiology, preferred.
