Weekly Gross Pay Range of $3,825 - $4,625 per week; range is based on weekly hours and may include taxable wages and tax-free expense reimbursements.
Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced NP/PA Occupational Medicine Physician to work locum shifts in NP/PA OccMed in Forest City, IA. Starting in January 2026, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.
Position Details:
• Contract Length: 13 week assignment-with the option to extend likely through the end of the year.
• Start Date: target December 2025 or Janurary 2026.
• Location: Forest City, IA
• Pay Rate: $100/hr
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7a-3p
• Responsibilities include: Diagnose and treat work-related injuries, perform pre-placement, DOT, public safety, and surveillance physical examinations for varied private companies and governmental agencies. Evaluate and treat urgent care patients on a walk-in basis. Perform in-office procedures, communicate with employers and provide medical guidance. Exhibit Orange Book characteristics including welcoming, skillful and respectful behaviors at all times. Complete all documentation in a timely and appropriate manner.
Provider Requirements: b>
• 1+ years in occupational medicine
• Experience with patients ages 2 and up
