Job description:

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Family Care Nurse Practitioner to work locum Outpatient/Primary Care shifts for Employees and Family at an on-site clinic for a business in Edgewood, Maryland (MD), the role offers the possibility ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.

Position Details:
 • Contract Length: certain dates needed
 • Location: Edgewood, MD
 • Pay Rate: $75/hr
 • Schedule:Hours:Mondays: 7am - 4pm, Tuesdays: 8am - 6pm Wednesdays: 8am - 5pm Thursdays: 7am - 4pm Fridays: 7am - 3pm
 • Outpatient/Primary Care for Employees and Family at an on-site clinic for a business
 •Center handles worker's comp and DOT physicals dates on req may change by a day here or there.
 •8-10 PPD
 Dates Needed: March: 16,17,18,19,20,23,24,25,26,27, 30,31 April: 1,2,3,6,7,8,9,10

Provider Requirements: b>
 • MD license, active and unrestricted
 Board Certified
 •MUST have Workers Comp experience - 2 years
