A growing orthopedic and chiropractic group in Conway, AR is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their team full-time! Check out the details below:

Title: Nurse Practitioner
Job Type: Direct Hire / Permanent Hire
Setting: Outpatient – Ortho/Chiropractic
Location: Conway, AR – must also be comfortable to float to other clinic locations as well
Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri, Day Shift (no nights, weekends or holidays)
Pay: up to $60/hr plus a full benefits package

The Nurse Practitioner will perform direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting focused on car accident chiropractic and ortho patients. Duties to include but may not be limited to:
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic imaging, including X-rays.
• Conduct patient assessments and physical examinations.
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the chiropractic team.
• Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the EMR system.
• Rotate between three assigned clinic locations as part of a consistent schedule.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, injury recovery, and wellness strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical, legal, and regulatory standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Nurse Practitioner experience in a related area is a plus but not required (orthopedic, chiropractic, diagnostic imaging, urgent care or injury related conditions)
- Current Independent Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Arkansas required
- DEA & prescriptive authority in Arkansas license required
- Ability to work across multiple clinic sites with flexibility
