Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Inpatient / Hospital
Location: Fairbanks, AK
Schedule: open to someone full-time, part time or PRN. Days or Nights. Full-time is block scheduling (3 weeks on, 2 weeks off)
Pay: Up to $300k salary and $40,000 sign on bonus

The CRNA will be responsible a bread-and-butter caseload with general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, ENT, podiatry, healthy peds, and GI procedures, with CRNAs managing cases independently and physician support available as needed. While high-acuity cases are less frequent, the work is dynamic and engaging, keeping your skills sharp as part of a rural health system, without the constant intensity of a trauma-heavy environment. Volume: 4-5 ORs daily with one additional out-of-OR assignment (OB or GI Procedures). Team: 5 full-time Anesthesiologists and ultimately 12 CRNAs.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be approved to practice as a Certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetist (NBCRNA).
• Ability to obtain Alaska or Temp Alaska RN license
• CRNA experience is preferred but not required
