Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Occupational Health
Location: Tolleson, AZ
Schedule: Full Time Mon-Fri, evening 4pm-12:30am
Pay: $32-33/hour, plus generous employer-paid benefits

The LPN is responsible for direct care of employees according to medical directives, policies/procedures and physicians standing orders and within the scope of practice and regulations of the State Nursing Practice Act. Directs, administers, and evaluates site occupational health service department with professional expertise and administrative leadership..

REQUIREMENTS:
- Current LPN license in Arizona
- Good knowledge and understanding of HIPAA and OSHA
