A non-profit organization in St. Louis, MO is currently seeking a full-time, permanent LPN to join their team! Check out the details below:

Title: Licensed Practical Nurse – LPN
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Long-term care
Location: St. Louis, MO
Schedule: Full-time Mon-Fri day & evening shifts available, weekend rotation
Pay: $27/hour, plus a full benefits package!

The LPN duties to include but not limited to:
- Process physician orders, administer medication, perform IV therapy intervention and document accurate and appropriate information in the medical record
- Collaborate with health professionals for patient care, update Plan of Care as pertinent to patient's health challenges
- Perform nutrition activities, enemas, ostomy care, and assist patients with activities of daily living

REQUIREMENTS:
- A clean, active MO/compact license as an LPN
- BLS/CPR required upon hire
- Must hold a valid MO driver's license
- IV experience, LTC/psychiatric nursing experience preferred but not required - New Grads welcome to apply
