A senior care facility located in Rye, NY is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join their team full-time! Check out the details below:

Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Assisted Living / Skilled Nursing
Schedule: Full-time, day, evening or night shift openings available, every other weekend is required.
Pay: $35.44-$40.00 per hour plus full benefits package!

The LPN’s will be responsible for but may not be limited to:
• Provides direct nursing care to residents based on their individual needs.
• Provides care prescribed by the resident’s primary physician and consulting physician as indicated.
• Maintains nutritional needs of the resident through assistance and supervision.
• Implements the resident’s care plan in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team.
• Documents resident’s care according to policy & maintains accurate and accessible records and reports.

REQUIREMENTS:
• New York State licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse required.
• CPR certification required.
