A mental health group located in Alexandria, VA is currently seeking qualified Clinical Supervisor/Clinician to join their team full-time! Check out the details below:

Titles: Clinical Supervisor / Clinician – LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD, NP
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Outpatient – Human Services
Location: Alexandria, VA (Old Town area - hybrid available)
Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri, Days
Compensation: $90,000-130,000 (based on licensure and experience) and full benefits package

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Clinical Supervisor will work for a nationwide mental health provider that specializes in serving all ages for a wide variety mild-to-moderate mental health conditions (anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, general)
- Clinicians can determine who and what they specialize in here!
- Full administrative support and steady referrals provided
- Supervisor will be responsible for 1:1 supervision of up to five therapists, training, coaching, and clinical oversight
- Work within a Clinician capacity and hold a caseload of 20 sessions per week
- Collaborate with leaders to support clinic operations such as staff scheduling, budget, and community engagement

REQUIREMENTS: - Master’s degree, doctorate or PhD in a mental health discipline
- Independently licensed with a Virginia-issued clinical practice license: Clinical Psychologist LCP, Clinical Social Worker - LCSW, Marriage and Family Therapist – LMFT or a Psych Nurse Practitioner
- Prior leadership experience a plus but not required
- Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment and possess excellent time management, crisis management and intervention skills
