Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Physical Therapist (PT) Inpatient position is responsible for the provision of Physical Therapy services for an inpatient and/ or outpatient population from age 15 and older including, but not limited to, evaluation, evidence-based intervention, equipment recommendations and modality application, under the referral of a physician or qualified non-physician practitioner.
- Evaluate inpatients and outpatients to develop individualized, age-appropriate treatment plans.
- Implement and adjust evidence-based therapy programs to meet patient goals and medical necessity.
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians and care teams; participate in team conferences.
- Document treatments, outcomes, and charges accurately.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to assistants, techs, and students per regulations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Physical Therapist license in the state of Indianapolis
- Completion of a physical therapy program from an accredited university
- Inpatient adult rehabilitation experience is a plus but willing to train as well
- CPR certification
