Favorite Healthcare Staffing is looking for an experienced Skilled Nursing Unit, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time Per Diem / PRN assignments in Flagstaff, AZ! The ideal candidate will have at least 1 - 2 years of recent experience as an SNU Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

SNU Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position Details:
 • Employment Type: Part-Time to Full-Time Per Diem / PRN
 • Location: Flagstaff, AZ
 • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Unit
 • Shift: Days 12 hours

Pay Details:
 • Hourly Pay: $39.77 per hour

SNU Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
 • Must have at least 6 months of recent LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing Unit setting.
 • Active AZ or Compact Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License required
 • Current BLS Certification required
