A home health company in Charlotte, NC is currently seeking to add a Physical Therapist to join their team part-time! Check out the details below:

Title: Physical Therapist
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Field - Home Health – Physical Therapy
Location: Charlotte, NC – in patient homes with mileage reimbursement
Schedule: Part time, about 15-20 cases a week, flexible schedule – you coordinate schedule with patients on your time!

The Physical Therapist’s duties to include but not be limited to:

- Provide skilled therapy intervention and treatment to patients in a home setting. Including, appropriate utilization of treatment plans and assessment skills. Carefully monitor the patient status and progress toward goals as well as compliance with physician’s orders. Responsible for educating patients and caregivers while preparing the patient/caregiver for discharge as appropriate.


REQUIREMENTS:
- Active and current NC Physical Therapist licensure.
- Graduate of an accredited school in Physical Therapy Education.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a physical therapist.
