Radiology Technologist – Full-Time + $20,000 Bonus

Position Overview
We are seeking a Radiology Technologist to join a hospital-based medical imaging team in Fairbanks, Alaska. This opportunity is open to both new graduates and experienced technologists and offers a collaborative environment with opportunities to advance your skills.

Key Highlights
• Location: Fairbanks, Alaska
• Full-time multiple day shifts available
• Pay: $33.12–$53.00/hour based on experience and education
• $20,000 retention bonus
• Up to $7,500 relocation assistance
• 90 days of temporary housing
• Shift differentials: $2.00/hr. weekend, $2.50/hr. evening, $6.00/hr. night

Responsibilities
• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures according to established protocols
• Provide patient education and compassionate, professional care
• Assist with invasive and interventional procedures when applicable
• Perform equipment quality control and maintain a safe imaging environment
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with professional and regulatory standards
• Support efficient department workflow and maintain adequate supplies

Qualifications
• Certificate or diploma from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• ARRT certification and applicable state licensure required
• BLS certification required
• Clinical experience preferred; new graduates are welcome
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
