A hospital group in Fairbanks, AK is currently seeking multiple permanent hire (staff) Speech Pathologists to join their growing team! Check out the details below:

Title: Speech Pathologist – In & Out-Patient
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Location: Fairbanks, AK
Schedule: Full-time, M-F, with flexibility (4 x 10s or 5 x 8s)
Pay: Up to $133K+ (DOE)
Retention bonus: $20K and up to $7,500 relocation assistance
Benefits: Insurance, 401k with employer match, tuition assistance


The Speech Pathologist responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
- Evaluates patients' functional abilities and limitations to determine appropriate intervention.
- Develops a plan of care and treatment goals, as ordered by physician or other referral source.
- Implements individualized treatment plans that consider patients' physical, social, spiritual, cultural, educational, and age-specific needs.
- Re-evaluates treatment plans, as needed, to ensure maximum patient benefit.
- Educates patients, family, and other care providers to promote patient participation and attainment of therapeutic program goals.
- Provides individualized home programs with clear instructions. Documents patient treatment according to professional and regulatory standards.

Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited university program.
- Current licensure in the state of practice.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence or documented acceptance in Clinical Fellowship Year
