Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Home Health
Location: Bellevue, WA - King County
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday; No Weekends!
Pay and benefits: $55-$64/hr DOE + mileage reimbursement at IRS rate; paid patient visits, documentation & travel time; PTO, sick leave, CE, licensure reimbursement & more

Job Description:
• Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services according to physician orders and individualized plans of care.
• Evaluate patients and help develop and update treatment plans.
• Provide therapy and educate patients and families on in-home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other home health professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Complete required Medicare documentation and utilize appropriate ICD-10 codes.
• Participate in QAPI and professional development activities.

Requirements:
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Washington State SLP license.
• 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Ability to travel throughout King County
