A growing pediatric home health durable medical equipment (DME) company located in Lubbock, TX is currently seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to join their team full-time!

Title: Respiratory Therapist CRT / RRT
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Pediatric Home Health / Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
Location: Lubbock, TX
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, daytime hours. Flexible schedule managing your own patient visits with a minimal on-call rotation (approximately once per month).

Responsibilities:
- Provide respiratory care services to pediatric patients in the home setting.
- Set up, educate, and troubleshoot respiratory and DME equipment.
- Assess patient needs and provide ongoing clinical support.
- Educate patients and caregivers on proper equipment use and respiratory therapy plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate care with physicians and healthcare teams.
- Participate in a minimal rotating on-call schedule.

Requirements:
- Active Texas Respiratory Care Practitioner License
- CRT or RRT credential required.
- Current CPR certification.
- Previous pediatric respiratory care or home health experience required.
- DME experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance required.
