Pay: $44.09 to $70.54 hourly wage based on experience and education plus amazing benefits

The Respiratory Supervisor will be responsible for the following duties:
- Act as a Liaison to patients, staff, vendors, and various departments to coordinate care. Ensure adequate resources are available for the department
- Performs patient care and assesses work progress & quality of staff, modifies work assignments, and determines types of services required to optimize patient outcomes, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards
- Participates in hiring, orientation, precepting, training, and performance reviews. Monitors continued education of staff, Collaborates with the Department Manager to resolve staff concerns.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- Minimum 8 years of clinical experience as an RRT
- 1 year of supervisory or progressive leadership experience highly desired
