Location: Minneapolis, MN – servicing St. Paul and Minneapolis
Schedule: Part-time, 25-30hrs/wk, between Monday-Friday and daytime hours -- no nights, no weekends, no holidays
Pay and Benefits: $45-65/hr based on experience, no benefits

Position Overview:
The Home Health RN will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care of acute patients. This position provides care in accordance with organizational policies and in alignment with professional nursing standards, utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development. The RN may also oversee home health aide training progress as needed. This role utilizes specialized knowledge, clinical judgment, and nursing skills to assess patient data, plan and provide care, and evaluate outcomes appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.

Requirements:
- Active and clean Minnesota Registered Nurse license
- At least 3 years of Medicare home health / private duty experience
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing
