A oncology clinic in San Antonio, TX is currently seeking a permanent hire (staff) Chemo Infusion RN to join their team! Check out the details below:

Title: Chemo Infusion Registered Nurse
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

Location:San Antonio, TX. Rotate between 2 clinics
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, every 3rd weekend rotation for after hours/weekend calls
Pay: Pay starting at $32/hr, plus full benefits package

The Chemo Infusion RN responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
- Administer chemotherapy, hydration and other medications under the direction and supervision of physicians.
- Assist with the planning, directing, and supervising of the overall nursing team and care within the infusion suite to include scheduling, check-out, patient triage, and verification of physician directed orders
- Mixing of chemotherapy, hydration, and other medications as needed, in the absence of a Pharmacy Technician
- Document as required within the EMR all treatment and nursing assessments



Requirements:
- Associates Degree or Bachelor of Science degree in nursing
- Current clean and active license RN license to practice in Texas
- Must have at least 3 years of RN experience
- Must have experience with medical oncology, chemotherapy, or infusion experience
- CPR or BLS certification required
