Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Location: Pratt, Kansas
Setting: Operating Room/Surgery
Schedule: Full-Time 40 hrs/wk Monday-Friday, on call only as needed.
Pay:Dependent on education and experience

The OR Manager RN responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
- Developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the surgical services areas, directing and developing staff
- Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staff; coordinating and monitoring the delivery of patient care in the absence of the department director
- Serves as nursing clinical resource person and intervenes in difficult situations or medical crises. Oversees and coordinates the final staffing of the off shifts
- Acts as administrative representative, interpreting and enforcing established policies and procedures for all hospital departments

Requirements:
-- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN required
-- Current clean and active RN license to practice in Kansas
-- Must have at least 1-year experience in surgery setting, leadership or charge nurse experience highly preferred
-- Must have BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications
