A hospital in Pratt, KS is currently seeking a permanent hire (staff) Home Health RN to join their team! Check out the details below:

Title: Registered Nurse RN - Home Health
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Location: Pratt, Kansas
Setting: Home Health
Schedule: Full-Time Day Shift: 8am - 2:30pm. Rotating on-call, weekends and holidays
Pay: Starting at $30/hour and increases with experience
Benefits: Full benefits package included, up to $10K sign-on bonus!

The Home Health RN responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
- Provide care for the elderly, convalescent, or disabled patients and children in private homes and assisted living facilities
- Explain procedures and treatments and plan of care to patient to gain cooperation, understanding, and allay apprehension
- Teach patient and/or caregiver(s) R/T medications, diagnosis, treatment and other needed subjects based on patient/caregiver need

Requirements:
-- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
-- Current clean and active RN license to practice in Kansas
-- Previous home health experience is preferred but not required
-- New grads are encouraged to apply!
