A non-profit organization in Niagara Falls, NY is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse - RN , to join their team full-time! Check out the details below:

Title: Registered Nurse - RN
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Specialty: Community Housing / Developmental Disabilities
Location: Niagara Falls, NY
Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8a-5p with flexibility as needed, rotating on-call
Pay: $38/hr-$45/hr

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to:
- Assume responsibility for nursing activities relating directly and indirectly to quality care
-Observe and assess symptoms, reactions, and needs of assigned caseload. Evaluate findings, document, and report the clinical findings to individual’s Planning/ Treatment Team and Physician. Immediately report all medical changes that require a higher level of care, to ensure the needs of the person are met
- Manage all medical follow-up for individuals. Attend medical appointments with individuals as needed and as coordinated by the program

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be currently Registered NYS Licensed RN
- Prefer at least one (1) year nursing experience
- Possess valid NYS driver’s license
- Must be able to obtain OPWDD RN Orientation within 3-months of hire or as available through OPWDD
