JOB TYPE: Permanent / Direct Hire
SETTING: Occupational Health – Construction
LOCATION: New Florence, MO
SCHEDULE AVAILABLE: Full-time, First Shift: 6am-2pm or 7am-3pm
PAY: Competitive hourly pay plus full benefits based on experience

The Occupational Health Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing employees in a workers’ compensation capacity. Duties include:
• Provide first aid, assess workplace injuries, and coordinate care with healthcare providers
• Recommend workplace modifications to prevent injuries
• Conduct pre-employment screenings, routine health exams, and drug testing
• Ensure adherence to OSHA, ADA, FMLA, and other workplace health regulations
• Support employees with return-to-work programs, workers’ compensation claims, and accommodations
• Develop wellness programs, including stress management, nutrition, and preventive care initiatives
• Train employees in CPR/First Aid and respond to medical emergencies
• Provide health-related training sessions on workplace hazards and disease prevention
• Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management to maintain a healthy work environment

Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
• Compact or Missouri Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience and ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Occupational health or urgent care experience strongly preferred
