Title: Registered Nurse RN – OR RN
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Operating Room
Location: Naperville, IL
Schedule: Full-time, Nights, (3) 12hr shifts, 6:30pm-7am -- No on-Call!
Pay: $34.68-$55.80/hr base and full benefits (medical, dental, vision options, tuition reimbursement, paid parking, HSA, retirement options plus PTO and holiday pay)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Operating Room Registered Nurse will be responsible for:
· Provide perioperative nursing care to surgical patient populations and families
· Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care
· Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice
· Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care
· Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Current (or ability to obtain) state of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
- At least one year of OR / Circulator nursing experience required
