A residential treatment facility in Idaho is currently seeking a full-time, permanent hire Registered Nurse (RN) to join their healthcare team! Check out the details below:

Schedule: Flexible 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts available
Pay: $50/hour

This Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for the following duties:
- Conducting health assessments and monitoring clients’ physical and mental health
- Administering medications, treatments, and therapies per physician orders
- Developing and updating individualized nursing care plans
- Documenting client conditions and communicating updates with care teams
- Responding to medical emergencies and providing appropriate interventions
- Supporting and guiding Direct Care Staff with clinical oversight and training
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and facility policies

SHIFT OPTIONS:
- 8-Hour Shifts: 2pm–10pm or 4pm–12am
- 10-Hour Shifts: 12pm–10pm or 2pm–12am
- 12-Hour Shifts: 10am–10pm, 11am–11pm, or 12am–12pm

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current Idaho Registered Nurse (RN) license or compact state licensure required
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in residential care, developmental disabilities, long-term care, or institutional healthcare preferred
- Experience working within interdisciplinary healthcare teams preferred
- Knowledge of medication management, infection control, and nursing standards preferred
- Ability to successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screening
