A large and growing Hospital in Lawrence, KS is currently seeking full-time, experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to join their Acute Care team. Check out the details below:

Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Specialty: Acute Care (ER, ICU, Med Surg & other inpatient units)
Location: Lawrence, KS
Openings: Day & Night shifts available
Schedule: Full-Time | Three 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
Pay: $31.22–$46.82/hour + shift differentials + full benefits
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an acute care setting.
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.
- Develop therapeutic relationships with patients and families to support patient-centered care.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement care plans.
- Communicate patient status effectively through verbal reports and accurate documentation.
- Promote quality patient outcomes while maintaining compliance with hospital policies and standards.

Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required.
- Current, active Kansas or multistate RN license.
- BLS certification required upon hire.
- ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
