A large and growing Hospital in Lawrence, KS is currently seeking full-time, experienced Staff RNs - Registered Nurses, to join their team Check out the details below:

Title: Registered Nurse RN - Acute Care
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

Openings: Day & Night shifts with openings in acute care units (ER, ICU, Med Surg, etc.)
Schedule: Full Time (3) 12-hour shifts 7-7
Pay: base pay $31.22-$46.82 plus shift differentials and full benefits
Sign on Bonus: $5000

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for the following duties:
- Performs nursing care according to the population serviced within the unit.
- Develop therapeutic relationships with patients and families promoting decision making based on the assessment of patient medical histories, symptoms, examinations, diagnosis, conditions and treatments.
- Communicate and collaborate concisely and continuously among clinical team, including physicians, both verbally and in documentation focusing on patients identified problems and needs by implementing and monitoring patient care plans, as well as recording and communicating patient conditions as appropriate, to optimize their health outcomes.
- Competently applies collaborative teamwork and leadership as a member of an inter-professional team to coordinate patient centered care for quality patient and unit outcomes of care processes

REQUIREMENTS:
- Associates in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience - required
- BLS required upon hire, ACLS obtained within 6 months of hire
- Clean and active KS/multistate Registered Nurse license
