Pay:> $40.00- 42.00 /hourly
Schedule: Full Time, Days, 8:30AM-5:00PM

- The client seeks an experienced Registered Nurse with strong venipuncture and IV skills, sound clinical judgment, and a commitment to caring for patients with sickle cell disease.
Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
- Assess and triage patients, including urgent and walk-in visits.
- Perform phlebotomy, peripheral IV insertion, and vascular access care.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and ordered treatments; monitor patient response.
- Educate patients and coordinate follow-up care, referrals, and labs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and clinical communication in eClinicalWorks.
- Support LPNs and clinical staff while maintaining safety, quality, infection control, and emergency readiness.

Minimum Requirements:
1 year of acute Experience

Qualifications:
- BSN preferred
- Current, unrestricted Florida RN license and AHA BLS certification
- Recent proficiency in phlebotomy and peripheral IV insertion, including difficult access
- Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and patient-monitoring skills
- Proficient in EMRs, documentation, and professional communication
- Reliable, collaborative, and able to respond calmly to changing patient needs
