Responsibilities:
Collects and assesses initial and ongoing data about the health status of the patient.
Carries out interventions safely and in compliance with policy to facilitate achievement of expected outcomes.
Provides care to acutely and critically ill patients in a highly technical and ongoing monitoring environment.
Pre-Op/PACU – Great Bend
Inpatient Nursing – Great Bend

Requirements:
Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
ACLS – American Heart Association (AHA) within 180 days.
RN license (Single State) – State Board of Nursing in the State of Kansas.
BLS/BCLS – American Heart Association (AHA) within 14 days.

Preferred Licensure & Certification:
ENPC – Emergency Nurses Association (ENA).
TNCC – Emergency Nurses Association (ENA).
NRP – American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) within 180 days.
Fetal Heart Monitor (AWHONN, etc.) – Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) within 1 year.
PALS – American Heart Association (AHA); required for placement in Labor & Delivery, Emergency Department, Pre-Op/PACU, and Pain Clinic units.
