A hospital group in Great Bend, KS is currently seeking a permanent hire (staff) Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team full time! Check out the details below:

Title: Med/Surg RN Registered Nurse
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Location: Great Bend, KS
Specialty> Hospital/Med-Surg
Schedule: Full-time, 3 12-hour day or night shifts available, with every other weekend and holiday required
Pay: Base pay starting at $30/hourly, with shift differentials on weekends and night shifts

The Registered Nurse responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
- Initiates and/or revises an individualized plan of care that includes immediate and long-term outcomes for the patient/family and reflects the plan of the entire health care team.
- Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural and spiritual needs through observation, interview, review of medical records & clinical data. Evaluates patient’s response and intervenes to ensure optimal patient outcome.
- Performs efficiently in emergency patient situations following established protocols, remaining calm, informing appropriate persons and documenting events.

Requirements:
-- RN (KS License required) -- BLS required -- Can obtain ACLS and PALs once hired
