A hospital group in Great Bend, KS is currently seeking to hire multiple permanent (staff) Acute Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team full time! Check out the details below:

Schedules Available:
-- Med/Surg: Full-time, 3 12-hr day or night shifts available, with every other weekend and holiday required
-- OR Circulator: Full-time, 4-10 hr or 5-8hr night shift (start time is variable), with on-call, weekend and holiday rotation
-- ER: Full-time, 3-12 hr night shift, 12pm-12am, with every other weekend
-- Labor & Delivery: Full-Time, Nights, 6:45P-7:15A. Every other weekend required, on-call as needed
-- Family Medicine: Full-time, 8hr day shifts, Monday-Friday
-- Clinic Supervisor: Full-time, 8hr day shifts, Monday-Friday

The Registered Nurse responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
- Initiates & revises an individualized plan of care that includes immediate and long-term outcomes for the patient/family and reflects the plan of the entire health care team.
- Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural and spiritual needs through observation, interview, review of medical records & clinical data. Evaluates patient’s response and intervenes to ensure optimal patient outcome.
- Performs efficiently in emergency patient situations following established protocols, remaining calm, informing appropriate persons and documenting events.

Requirements:
-- RN (KS License required)
-- BLS required
-- New grads accepted depending on specialty!
