A skilled nursing unit in Geneseo, IL is currently seeking a permanent hire (staff) Registered Nurse to join their team full-time! Check out the details below:

Title: Registered Nurse
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Location: Geneseo, IL
Pay: $35.91-40.21/hourly & full benefits (retirement, health, dental, vision, sick, holiday & PTO)
Schedule: Full Time, Evenings & or overnight, 2:30pm-11:00pm & 10:45pm-7:15am

The Registered Nurse responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
- Observe, monitor, and report residents’ symptoms and changes in condition.
-Measure and accurately record vital signs.
- Administer medications and document reactions.
- Maintain accurate records of residents’ conditions and care.
-Promote residents’ overall well-being.
-Comply with applicable federal and state regulations and company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Hold a current unencumbered license in this state as a registered nurse
- Registered with Professional Board of Nurse Examiners in this state
- Must possess, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university
- Must satisfy the requirements of 20 CE hours according to Illinois Department of Professional Regulation.
