Registered Nurse (RN) – Adult Psychiatry | Full-Time | Evanston, IL Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to adult psychiatric patients. The ideal candidate will assess patient needs, implement individualized care plans, collaborate with the healthcare team, and promote a safe, supportive environment.

Schedule
• Shift 1 – Evening: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM | 40 hours/week
• Shift 2 – Night: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM | 32 hours/week
• Both shifts include rotating weekends and holidays

Responsibilities
• Provide safe, effective, and compassionate care to adult psychiatric patients
• Assess patient conditions and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes
• Guide and direct unlicensed assistive personnel
• Promote patient safety, quality care, and continuity of treatment

Qualifications
• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Current American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Adult psychiatric nursing experience preferred
