Setting: Outpatient - Wound Care
Location: Des Moines, IA
Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8A-4:30P

The Registered Nurse RN - Nurse Manager will be responsible for direct patient care and the coordination of clinical activities of the Wound Care Center. Duties to include but may not be limited to:
- Provides oversight and staff development to clinical staff, such as RNs, LPNs, MAs and Hyperbaric Oxygen Technicians, etc.
- Direct patient care: assessments, care planning and implementation, performs HBO (Hyperbaric Oxygen) and other wound care management treatments, and clinical documentation
- Evaluates processes and procedures to ensure patient care quality improvement
- Collaborates with other health care providers, Wound Care Center Providers, Program Director, and Medical Director regarding clinical and patient needs

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing BSN required
- Hold an active and clean, Iowa or compact Registered Nurse RN license
- At least 2 years of Registered Nurse experience in a related setting (wound care, home health, hospice, or acute care)
- Charge / leadership experience leading a clinical team
